PERSYARATAN PELAMAR RINCIAN KEBUTUHAN JABATAN DAN KUALIFIKASI PENDIDIKAN

1.   R & D Officer

Requirements:
Male or female
Bachelor or Master degree from Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Product design, Physics, Math or Industrial with min GPA 3.0
Fresh graduates are welcome
Preferably with experience, especially from tire manufacturer
Computer literate and Proficient in English
Understand root cause analysis system and AutoCad
Finite Element Analysis skill is an advantage
Able to operate CATIA and MasterCAM CNC machine is an advantage
Innovative and excellent analytical skill
Problem analysis and problem resolution at both strategic and functional level
Willing to be located in Tangerang

2.   R & D Manager

Requirements:
Male or female
Master or Doctoral degree from Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Product design, Physics, Math or Industrial with min GPA 3.0
Has working experience as R&D Head or Researcher from manufacturing company (PhD fresh graduates are welcome)
Familiar with Finite Element Analysis and AutoCad
Innovative and excellent analytical skill
Problem analysis and problem resolution at both strategic and functional level
Willing to be located in Tangerang

3.   Lecturer of Politeknik Gajah Tunggal

Requirements:
Male or Female
Master degree from Mechanical or Electrical engineering with min GPA 3.00
Preferably with experience as a Lecture, fresh graduates are welcome
Computer literate and Proficient in English
Excellent presentation skill
Written and verbal communication skill
Willing to be located in Campuss Tangerang

4.   Engineering Staff

Requirements:
Male
Diploma or Bachelor degree from Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering from a reputable university with min. GPA 2.75
Preferably with experience as Mechanical / Electrical Engineer, fresh graduates are welcome
Willing to be located in Tangerang

5.   Production Staff

Requirements:
Male
Diploma degree from Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with GPA min 2.75
Preferably with related experience as Electrical Engineering, fresh graduates are welcome
Willing to be located in Tangerang

6.   QA/QC Staff

Requirements:
Male or female
Bachelor or Master degree from any engineering major with min GPA 3.0
Preferably with QA/QC experience, fresh graduates are welcome
Computer literate and Proficient in English
Focus on quality and detail
Knowledge about management system and ISO quality system
In-depth knowledge of quality tools and methods
Knowledge of the company's product, technology and environment
Willing to be located in Tangerang

7.   Training Staff

Requirements:
Male or female
Bachelor degree from any major with min GPA 3.0
Preferably with training field experience
Computer literate and Proficient in English
Familiar to develop training curriculum and module
Willing to be located in Tangerang

8.   Quality System Staff

Requirements:
Male or Female
Max of age 30 years old
Diploma or bachelor degree from technical major/ statistic or math from domestic or overseas university
Experience in similar field
Good in English
Having knowledge of statistic and ISO 9001/ TS 16949
Willing to be located in Tangerang

9.   Personnel Staff

Requirements:
Male
Minimum age 24 years old
Bachelor degree from social major (ex. Law, Management, Human Resource)
Having knowledge in employment law
Experience in handling human resource problem
Willing to be located in Tangerang

10.   Administration Staff

Requirements:
Male or female
Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major with min GPA 2.75
