PERSYARATAN PELAMAR RINCIAN KEBUTUHAN JABATAN DAN KUALIFIKASI PENDIDIKAN

1.   Marketing Officer
Responsibility

• Identify opportunities and develop strategies
• Plans to grow business
• Develop and build long term business relationship

Requirement

• Maximum 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• At least 3 year of working experience as supervisor Merketing, preferably in Automotive Stamping Part Industry
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or preferably TS 16949
• Have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Have good communication in English, both oral and written
• Have good managerial and communication skills and man power control
• Able to speak Mandarin/Japanese will be more advantage
• Have knowledge of  PC skill (Power point, Ms. Office, Email, etc)
• Creative, persistent, agresive, and hard worker
• Willing to work at Tangerang and Karawang

2.   Purchasing Officer
Responsibility

• Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring
• Keeping contract files and using them as reference
• Developing an organisations purchasing strategy

Requirement

• Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum D3 Major in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering form reputable university
• Minimum 3 Years experience related field, preferably in Automotive Stamping Part Industry
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Thorough knowledge of procurement and subcontract processes, experience in equipment/material purchasing and subcontract administration
• Knowledge of dan ISO 9001 or preferably ISO TS 16949
• Good command in English, both oral and written
• Have good managerial and communication skills and man power control
• Creative, persistent, agresive, and hard worker
• Willing to work hard, fast learner and able to adapt with new working environment
• Must be willing to work in Tangerang and Karawang

3.   PPIC Officer
Responsibility

• Scheduling for production process
• Planning material and sub-material to support prod
• Monitoring daily production activity

Requirement

• Age between 25 to 35 years old 
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or preferably ISO TS 16949
• Have a good commanding knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Willing to be located in Tangerang and Karawang

4.   Research & Development

Responsibility

• Identify technical solutions to a given problem
• Conduct applied research, studies and analyses
• Improve production processes

Requirement

• Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical) from reputable University
• At least 3 year of working experience as R&D Supervisor preferably in Automotive Stamping Part Industry
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or preferably ISO TS 16949
• Able to operate Auto CAD 2D & 3D
• Able to read technical Drawing
• Have good managerial and communication skills and man power control
• Good command in English and Japanese, both oral and written
• Creative, persistent, agresive, and hard worker
• Must be willing to work in Tangerang and Karawang

5.   Design Engineering Officer
Responsibility

• Research new developments and innovations
• Turn those research ideas into technical plans
• Modify and test designs

Requirement

• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum D3 Major in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, Tool Maker form reputable university
• Minimum 3 Years experience in similar field, preferably in Automotive Stamping Part Industry
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Able to operate Auto CAD 2D & 3D
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or preferably ISO TS 16949 
• Able to liaise with customer on tooling design review
• Have knowledge of machine tools and process
• Able to Design Dies Stamping
• Able to read technical Drawing
• Good command in English, both oral and written
• Have good managerial and communication skills and man power control
• Creative, persistent, agresive, and hard worker
• Must be willing to work in Tangerang and Karawang

6.   QUALITY Officer (QC or QA)
Responsibility

• Creating quality planning for new products
• Creating control plan & master sample product,
• Analyzing the results of the initial product

Requirement

• Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum D3 Major in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering form reputable university
• Minimum 3 Years experience QC/QA Supervisor, preferably in Automotive Stamping Part Industry
• Able to operate Auto CAD 2D & 3D
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or preferably TS 16949 
• Good command in English, both oral and written
• Have good managerial and communication skills and man power control
• Creative, persistent, agresive, and hard worker
• Familiar with inspection processes and procedures as well as the test and measuring equipment used during quality inspections
• Willing to work hard, fast learner and able to adapt with new working environment
