PERSYARATAN PELAMAR RINCIAN KEBUTUHAN JABATAN DAN KUALIFIKASI PENDIDIKAN

1.   Merchandiser Staff
Job Description

• Keep inventory detail property
• Deal with retailer / buyers
• Consolidate order from wholesaler as per buying plan
• Ensure proper supply of marchendise to retailer
• Ensure proper display of marchendise at retailer
• Follow up and ensure payments
• preparing monthly report best seller and distribution
• Replenishment goods from warehouse to store or store to store

Requirement

• FEMALE , 24 - 30 years Old
• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree from any major
• at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably having experience in marchendising or equivalent in retail industry
• Good computer skill (Ms.Excell)
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work well with other as a team
• Highly initiative and motivated person
• Fluent in spoken and written english
• Willing to travel to all stores

2.   Administration Staff (Adidas - Reef)
Job Description

• Create GRN (Goods Received notes)
• Monitoring shoes and apparel stok also filing document 
• Input data transfer in and transfer out to RXL system
• Report data to inventory and Adidas brand management 
• Maintain and control stock with stock keeper,inventory and Adidas brand management

Requirement
- Male/Female, age max. 25 years
- Diploma Degree (D3) / Bachelor degree (S1) from local reputable university or overseas, preferably majoring in Finance/Accounting/management (any major are welcome to apply) with GPA 3,00.
- Fresh graduated welcome to apply
- Willing to placement in Jakarta
- 1 (one) full time position

3.   Export - Import manager
Job Description

• Manage day to day import operations by air and by sea
• Trouble Shooting for Bookings, Documentations, Clearance, Trucking, Billing and Tracing
• Manage, monitoring and reporting Inbound
• Plan, organize, direct and control all import operation  and to provide Brand Manager with highest level total services
• Communication with Principal regarding to procedure of import.
• Providing daily, weekly and monthly report of operation including conduct weekly and monthly meeting
• Make sure all lead time met
• Make sure that data input in the system done on time with the team
• Any other duties as assigned by management

Requirement

• FEMALE, age max. 35 years
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably majoring in Transport Management or Finance/Banking/management (any major are welcome to apply) with GPA 3,00.
• Having at least 5 years experience as Ass.Manager/Manager in Retail Import Division
• Understand Import Process both by sea and by air is a must
• Understand complete import documentation process and requirement including PIB, HS Code, NPBL, LS, LC report and all other customer clearance process
• Manage problem with customs officer
• 1 (one) Full Time Position Available
