PT. GCI Indonesia, is a branch company of CHINA GCI in Indonesia (founded at Jan.2006) in order to provide localized mobile network engineering services to Indonesian telecom equipment vendors and operators. The services include the network management service, RF optimization services of GSM/WCDMA/CDMA/EVDO network, RF engineering implementation services of IBC system& Macro-cellular system. PT GCI Indonesia is fast growing telecommunication subcontractor in the past 8 years in Indonesia and is dedicated to be a leading provider of telecommunication services.

PERSYARATAN PELAMAR RINCIAN KEBUTUHAN JABATAN DAN KUALIFIKASI PENDIDIKAN

1.   Drive Test Engineer (2G/3G/CDMA/EVDO/LTE)

Responsibilities:

1. Collecting Drive Test data
2. Drive Test Data basic analysis
3. Making DT analysis report
4. Site Audit
5. Placement inSemarang, Surabaya, Jogjakarta and Solo

Requirements :.

• Good knowledge of telecommunication;
• Min. 1 year experience for Drive test
• DT experience (2G/3G/CDMA/EVDO/LTE)
• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication or related field of study
• Have basic knowledge of RF optimization procedure
• Be excellent in communication in English
• Good in communication skill and be able to convince the customer;
• Be familiar with tools/software such as Agilent/TEMS/ Actix / Mapinfo/GPS/Compass/Gradienter and so on;
• Have NSN, HUAWEI and ZTE Project experience is preferred.

2.   Junior RNO (2G/3G/CDMA/EVDO/LTE)

Responsibilities:

1. (2G/3G/CDMA/EVDO/LTE) RF Optimization
2. VIP Complaint troubleshooting
3. RF Technical support
4. RNP/O Training
5. DT Data post-processing & analysis, RNO analysis report
6. Monitoring OMC KPI/KPI Analysis report
7. Placement in Semarang, Surabaya, Jogjakarta and Solo

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of RF optimization working experience with (2G/3G/CDMA/EVDO/LTE) experience
• Good knowledge of (2G/3G/CDMA/EVDO/LTE)
• DT experience ONLY is NOT acceptable. Familiar with analysis by tems
• Experience of swap project (SSV- cluster optimization and report)
• Have strong ability of RF troubleshooting
• Have strong knowledge of Optimization procedure
• Bachelor’s degree in telecommunication or related field of study
• Be excellent in communication in English
• Good in communication skill and be able to convince the customer
• Be familiar with tools/software such as Agilent/TEMS/ Actix / Mapinfo/GPS,/compass/gradienter and so on
• Have NSN, HUAWEI and ZTE Project experience in RNP / RNO is preferred

3.   RNO Engineer (2G/3G/CDMA/EVDO/LTE)

Responsibilities

1. Reviewing contractual and work package commitments.
2. Development and issue of the Radio Network Planning and Optimization
3. Responsible for document control during RF activities
4. Development and issue of the Radio Network Planning and Optimization strategy.
5. Development of KPI metrics to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements.
6. Routine project meetings with Vendor &Operator RF team and Team.
7. Lead the development and implementation of processes to be followed by RF teams.
8. Responsible for leading RF team members to carry out RF optimization activities on networks including: coverage predictions traffic dimensioning, interference analysis, drive-testing& DT analysis, performance analysis and monitoring, cell planning etc.
9. Placement in Semarang/Surabaya/Jogjakarta/Solo

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications or related field of study
• Minimum 4 years experience in (2G/3G/CDMA/EVDO/LTE)  RF planning and optimization RF planning and optimization
• At least 3 year KPI and parameter optimization experience (not include DT and analyzer experience) or 3 year in system optimization
• Familiar with parameter(such as HO,Cellreselection,access,location update parameters)
• Familiar with KPI define and formula (KPI counter) such as (HOSR,SDSR,TDR,TBF success rate,TCH blocking)
• Can do worst cell analysis
• Can optimize BSC level KPI
• Excellent technical  knowledge of (2G/3G/CDMA/EVDO/LTE)  RF planning and optimization
• Understand the fundamentals of (2G/3G/CDMA/EVDO/LTE) network systems
• Hands-on experience in the areas and tools of radio network planning and optimization.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment
• Customer oriented, proactive, self driven and able to meet tight deadlines of project
• Can work under pressure and able to work at mid-night.
• Good at commucation with other team and also can work individual
• Proficient in English both oral and written.
• Multi Vendor Optimization Experience for NSN/ Huawei / ZTE
