PT Maritim Barito Perkasa are Indonesian energy group that focuses on integrated coal mining through subsidiaries. Our principal location is at Tabalong district in South Kalimantan, where our subsidiary PT Adaro Indonesia operates the largest single-site coal mine in the southern hemisphere. We operate under a first-generation CCA (coal co-operation agreement) with the Indonesian Government valid until 2022.

1.      Ship Loading Foreman (Code: LM-PBMM)

Persyaratan:

·         Diploma degree majoring in Tatalaksana or Nautica with minimum GPA 2.75.

·         Minimum 1 years experience as Loading Foreman on board.

·         Having a good shipping administration skill.

·         Good command in English both oral and written.

·         Willing to be located at Taboneo, Kalimantan Selatan.

Job Responsibilities :

·         To check all transaction data (waiting time, loading tonage, etc) and to ensure that is accurate.

·         To coordinate with the operations team and vessels company for smooth loading and conveying the constraints faced in order too follow up on the level of the supervisor.

·         To make standard operating foreman and logging the loading activities properly so that the data can be used as reference for customer and analyze operational performance improvements.

·         To provide information of damage, QHSE incident and the coal pickers as well as cargo contamination to be able to follow up.

2.      Radar Monitoring Staff (Code: RMS)

Job Responsibilities :

·         Record the identity of all vessels using the navigation channel threshold Barito river, and put it into application and system log book sheet.

·         Examine the accuracy of the data between monitoring results with PPA administrative data.

·         Reported differences between  radar data and PPA data to supervisor.

·         Reported the events that impede shipping channel in barito river as a followup coordination.

·         Comunicate with user to inform state of the shipping channel for safety

·         Get data from channel users to records ship identity. 

3.      Port Section Head (Code: PSH)

Persyaratan:

·         Marine ANT III or Master Marine ANT 1

·         Min 3 years Experience as Port Assistance / Senior Loading Supervisor.

·         Having a good shipping skill, Port Management, Load Handling, Handling Cargo.

·         Willing to be located at Taboneo, Kalimantan Selatan.

Job Responsibilities :

·         To check and verify documents related to all process pre & post loading activities to ensure the loading process are well executed according to SOP.

·         To plan & review  barge loading & discharging schedule  coordinate with P&C Department if any deviation and seek the approval from Head of Port Operation Department to ensure the schedule are well executed.

·         To process the approved operational loading plan in effective and efficient way to achieve the planned target.

·         To implement all loading and discharging activities in compliance to QHSE Operating Guideline & Procedures as defined by Badan Usaha Pelabuhan.

·         To review and report sub-contractors actual daily performances versus plan to ensure their quality of work in line with the agreed services provided and recommend necessary corrective actions.

·         To monitor & review the adequate capacity for long & short term operation to handle daily operation and recommend necessary preventive action.

4.      Port Engineer (Code: PE-MBP)

Job Responsibilities :

·         Explaining the plans and work schedules Tug & Barge repairs to the vessel engineer and mechanic

·         Continuing / process the request spare parts from the ship into the system

·         Perform repair and maintenance of all tug and barge were problematic and made a progress report along with the estimated duration of the work

·         Monitor improvements made subordinates and provide guidance - technical direction to subordinates

·         Conducting interviews as well as an introduction to the working conditions and the demands of the new engineers who campaign for Tug

·         Ensure any maintenance and repair activities, including workshops working environment meets the standards / rules of safety and environmental sustainability

·         Delivering results support services to the overall activities of the Technical Superintendent and recommended the development of service strategy

·         Assess of the work performance of the subordinates.

5.      Port Department Head (Code: PDH)

·         Bachelor degree in  engineering  or ANT I certificate holder.

Job Responsibilities :

·         To develop Standard Operating Procedures and reviewed periodically to ensure effective and efficient port operation in compliance to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) standards.

·         To monitor, control and coordinate with Planning & Control Department the actual daily performances versus plan to account for Taboneo discharge port and Kelanis loading port performance deviations and enforce necessary corrective actions.

·         To Plan and monitor on a yearly and rolling 90-days basis and generate a consolidated capacity plan from collecting respective plans from contractors to ensure that fleet capacity supports the S&OP.

·         To prepare monthly activity report to General Manager in order to ensure compliance to the Operating Guidance and Procedures as defined by Badan Usaha Pelabuhan at Taboneo.

·         To monitor and control monthly department expenditures in accordance to budget and present the monthly expenditure against budget for review.

·         To conduct monthly operational performance review with Contractor in order to review jointly with Planning & Control Dept. Head the actual monthly performance of Contractors against Plan.

·         To build and maintain relationship with relevant authorities to have smooth operation and compliance to regulation.

·         To monitor and manage suppliers (fuel, fresh water, etc) to support port operational activities.

·         To ensure the effective training programs are implemented to equip employees with necessary competencies to maintain QHSE standards.

·         To ensure the accuracy and timely data administration to support planning and operational performance.

6.      Port Captain (Code: PC)

Job Responsibilities :

·         Provide direction to the master and officers regarding with  the sea/river channel development before assigning them to drive a fleet of ships.

·         Coordinate with Purchasing Department on demand delivery of the ship.

·         To monitor the movement of all vessels operating in the sea/river using a voyage tracker.

·         Ensure and monitor vessels operating executed in accordance with the terms and with regard to safety and security.

·         Conduct inspections throughout the ship in order to directly monitor the operation of the ship and perform corrective measures in case of labor problems.

7.      HR Officer (Code: HRO)

·         Check  the transaction data (waiting time, tonnage, etc) in order to ensure the data is accurate.

·         Fleet Management to ensure sufficient fleet capacity to achieve weekly and monthly target.

·         Coordinate with Planning & Control Department to provide capacity shippment according to plan, so that fleet availability can support operations.

·         Calcualting fleet capacity needs and coordinating with contractor to ensure capacity and needs plan.

·         To ensure the available fleet capacity of the contractor in the short and long term, therefore loading and delivery process will be run acordingly and as per planned.

9.      Admin Clerk (Code: AC)
