Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree of food
technology / Food Nutrition / Chemistry or equivalent
·
Minimum 3 – 5 years experienced
in research and development of Food Manufacturing and Consumer Goods industry
(Instant Receipe Mix, Soy Sauce, and Food Service product area)
·
Having expertise in food
technology and food manufacturing
·
Good Initiatives, Creative and
passionate
·
Strong leadership ability, able
to work independently and in a team
·
Good in project management,
planning and organizing
·
Effective problem solving and
decision making
·
Good in communication and
presentation skills
·
English proficient and computer
literate
Responsibilities :
·
Manage, Execute, & Develop
product (Instant Receipe Mix, Soy Sauce, and Food Service product area)
·
Provide new product
opportunities & product improvement
·
Support in solving the
costumers and consumers complaints
·
Update the product
specification as company regulations
·
Controlling and preparing
documents on raw materials, ingredients, product formulations required for
obtaining the required approval in order to comply with regulations, Indonesian
legislation as well as Halal certification
·
Execute product development for
Instant Receipe Mix, Soya sauce, and Food Service product category projects in
accordance with agreed cost and timeline efficiently
