Persyaratan:

·         Plan the whole online marketing calendar month by month

·         Coordinate all campaign managers, ensure flawless execution of marketing  activities

·         Analyze data and performance of each campaign; consolidate learnings and ensure they are integrated in day-to-day operations

·         Analyze data and performance of each category to grow sales.

·         Ensure achievement of sales targets on a monthly basis

·         Responsible for creating data-supported marketing efforts towards sales targets.

·         Responsible for online merchandising of category on the website.

Skills:

·         Experience in leading a team of people

·         Good time management skills and strong ability to multi-task

·         Comfortable with excel

·         Willing to work hard

·         Experience in Google Analytics is preferred

·         Experience in Newsletter Marketing, Onsite Marketing, SEO, SEM are a plus
