1.      ACCOUNT MANAGER
Tingkat Lulus                         : Sarjana/S1
Jurusan                                  : Semua Jurusan
Kategori Posisi                      : pemasaran/marketing
Persyaratan:
·         Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
·         Minimum 3 years of Account/project management experience 
·         Extremely detail oriented 
·         Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc) 
·         Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator 
·         High level of initiative and work well in a team environment 
·         Excellent written and oral communication skills 
·         Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well 
·         Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction 
·         Undergraduate degree 
·         Have 2 years experience in handling B2B account
·         Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. 
Responsibilities:
·         Understand sales cycle (Suspect, Prospect, Close, Customer)
·         Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue. 
·         Able to conduct  Sales events for the assigned customers/industry
·         Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. 
·         Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director or Managing Director of any problems that may arise. 
·         Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client. 
·         Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections. 
·         Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project. 
·         Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable. 
·         Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team. 
·         Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations. 
·         Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client. 
·         Reports to the Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis. 
·         Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. 
·         Able to conduct  Sales events for the assigned customers/industry

2.      Java Analyst Programmer
Tingkat Lulus                         : Sarjana/S1
Jurusan                                  : Teknik Informatika / Ilmu Komputer
Kategori Posisi                      : programmer/developer / pemrogram/pengembang
Persyaratan:
Technical Requirements:

·         At least 3 years experience in Java Programming*.
·         Have familiarity with modeling languages UML.
·         Have intermediate skill object oriented programming (OOP).
·         Experience with Subversion, CVS, or other version control systems.
·         Familiarity with SpringMVC Framework.
·         Familiarity with Hibernate or other POJO persistency frameworks (ORM).
·         Experience with Apache Tomcat, GlassFish or other similar Application Server.
·         Must good knowledge in SQL Query.
·         Must have experience at least 3 years with linux environment. 
·         Must have experience with J2EE (EJB, Java Persistence API, and WebService).
·         Experience with Jasper Report Generator is advantage.
·         Experience with Websphere application server for clustering
Advantage criteria:

·         Have experience to lead a team more than 3 persons.
·         Have experience to involve more than 1 project in the same period.
·         Good knowledge to manage project documentation.
·         Used to do coordination and held meeting with user.
·         Must have experience to run the best method while conduct the user's req.

3.      System Engineer

Jurusan                                  : Semua Jurusan

Persyaratan:
Technical Requirements:
·         At least 2-3 years as System Engineer
·         Experience for hardware installation (server & storage peripherals)
·         Have a basic network configuration
·         Knowledge of High Availability, clustering & backup concept
·         Experience for vary Operating system installation & configuration (Unix, Linux, Windows)
·         Experience for corrective & Preventive maintenance
·         Good communication skill 
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
·         Support sales/presales to build technical solution proposal
·         Coordinate system development tasks to include design, integration  and  formal testing
·         Oversees all transitions into production
·         Develop and complete actions in system specifications, technical and logistical requirements and other disciplines
·         Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution
·         Identify pre requisite before implementation.
·         Give input and suggestion deliver solution
·         Do installation & configuration for certain principal’s product
·         Manage and document system configurations
