developer under Pembangunan Jaya group that located in Central Business
District area at Bintaro Jaya. The company was established on May 25th, 1979.
It’s engaged in development of satellite
cities, which comprise of acquisition and development of land, construction of
infrastructure and buildings such as house, condominium, shopping center,
sports club, traditional market and other business activities of a real estate
company. Along with the company business development, we need young

PELAMAR RINCIAN KEBUTUHAN JABATAN DAN KUALIFIKASI PENDIDIKAN
Sales Manager – (CDCUI – SM)
1. Responsible for
achieving sales target.
2. Deliver and
analyze sales report
3. Having good
communication, negotiation skills and leadership.
4. Bachelor Degree /
Master Degree from Economics / Architecture / Civil Engineering / Marketing, min. GPA
2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
5. Max. Age 35 years
old. Having 3 years experience in property retail industry or related position
would be advantage.
6. Placement :
Bintaro Jaya, Tangerang
Architecture Manager – (CDCUI – AM)
1. Candidate must be
possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree,
Architecture or equivalent
2. At least 3 year(s)
of working experience in high rise’s building project
3. Preferably manager
/ assistant managers specializing in architecture / interior design or
equivalent
4. Full – time
position(s) available.
5. Max 35 years old.
Bachelor's Degree/Master Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Min. GPA 2.75
(Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
6. Placement :
Bintaro Jaya, Tangerang
Finance Administration Staff - (CDCUI - FAS)
1. Responsible in
Finance Administration such as vendor payments and database
2. Responsible in
conducting reports.
3. Having good
attention to details & thorough, good skills on Ms. Office.
4. Diploma/Bachelor
in finance/business management, min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00.
5. Max. Age 35 years
old, fresh Graduates or 1 year experience in finance administration.
6. Placement in
Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang
Collection Officer – (CDCUI – CO)
1. Listing consumer's
data and follow up effectively with customer regarding to target collection.
2. Responsible in
contacting consumers regarding to collection activities.
3. Having good
communication.
4. Diploma/Bachelor
of Finance/Accounting, fresh graduates / Experienced > 1 year
5. Bachelor in
Accounting. Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00
6. Placement :
Bintaro Jaya, Tangerang / Pasar Kemis, Tangerang
Finance Supervisor – (CDCUI – FS)
1. Optimize cash
flow, funding, and loan,
monitoring budget and outstanding payment
settlement
2. Understand tax
provision (PPh, PPN), experience in the related field (finance/ AR/ AP)
3. Good
communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills
4. Bachelor of
Accounting, Experienced < 1 year. Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00
