Ganesha Tekno Indonusa (GTI) is a management consulting company which established in 2012 by experienced individuals from various backgrounds who have 5-20 years experience in public/government policy, transportation/fleet management, supply chain, oil and gas, mining, IT, change management, etc. GTI is specialized in transportation management and currently involved with a long-term fleet management project for one of the largest Ready-mix concrete company in Indonesia. We help  to improve transportation system which involves over 350 trucks and 700 drivers in 17 batching plants

PROJECT ANALYST

Responsibilities:

1.      Analyzing current business process and proposing recommendation and SOP to improve Truck Mixer management, including truck usage and utilization, fuel management, driver management, dispatching, safety management and maintenance management

2.      Crafting and delivering Best-In-Class solutions that matches with customer’s needs

3.      Ensure achievement of project goals

4.      Responsible for daily and monthly report for every site batching plant/productin plant

Requirement:

1.      Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Management (major from reputable university), (preferably from Industrial Engineering or Operation Management)

2.      Minimum GPA 3.25

3.      Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel is a must

4.      Experienced or having knowledge about Supply Chain, Transportation/Fleet Management, Maintenance Management System, Information System  and Ready-mix Business is an advantage

5.      Good problem solving and analytical skill

6.      Good leadership and  organizational skill

7.      Good interpersonal and communication skill

8.      Ability to work within a team environment

9.      Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to changes easily and eager to learn person

10. Fresh graduate is allowed to apply
