PERSYARATAN PELAMAR RINCIAN KEBUTUHAN JABATAN DAN KUALIFIKASI PENDIDIKAN

1.      ELECTRICIAN (ELO), INDUSTRIAL SERVICES OPERATOR (IS)

Responsibilities:

·         (ELO) The Electrician is one of the engineering function to give a full support to mainly but not limited to Production Department to solve/trouble shoot the problem, maintain, and improve the operation of all electrical and automation related machineries, to ensuring the smooth running/operation of the factory. He will also working together with shift mechanic for the certain cases. He/she reports directly to E&A Area Engineer or Production Supervisor during the night shift. 

·         (IS) Support the manufacturing and playing the important role on operation quality control and maintenance of Industrial Services plant (waste water treatment plant, chiller plant, RO & Hot water plant and MBD panel station)

Requirements :

·         D3 Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering

·         Min GPA 2,75

·         Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

·         Open for fresh graduates. Candidate with experiences min 1- 2 years in similar field will be advantaged 

·         Location Factory : Surya Cipta City of Industry - East Karawang, West Java

2.      MICROBIOLOGY ANALYST

Responsibility :

·         Microbiology analyst has responsibility in term of Quality Assurance to conduct microbiology analysis from raw material, line sample, finished product and environment sample. Microbiology Analyst has also responsibility to conduct analysis for Factory samples, other Factory samples, and Co-Manufacturing Department according to Nestlé guideline and SNI 17025-2005.  

Requirements :

·         Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Chemistry, Food Supervisory, or equivalent

·         Female/ Male 

·         Minimum GPA 2,75

·         Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

·         Open for fresh graduates. Applicants at least 1 year(s) have working experience in the related field will be advantaged

·         Applicants must be willing to work in Kawasan Industri Surya Cipta - Karawang Timur

3.      PRODUCTION SKILLED OPERATOR

Primary Activities :

·         To run the production line as per scheduled/ program

·         Build up the team work among production lines to achieve the KPI 

·         To learn and to do continues improvements in every aspects on the job 

·         To do cleaning, inspection lubrication and adjustment to the equipments in order to have sustainable and avoid  break down 

·         Give feedback and value added to the factory management 

·         To support any conducted by factory management 

Requirements :

·         D3 from Mechanical / Electrical/ Chemical/ Mechatronic Engineering 

·         Female or Male 

·         Minimum GPA 2,75 

·         Open for fresh graduates with experiences in related project. Applicants at least have 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be advantaged 

·         Applicants must be willing to working in shift

4.      GENERAL ACCOUNTING

Responsibilities :

·         Ensures the proper control and accounting for all accounting areas (AP, GL, Cashier, Fixed Assets) and ensuring the Internal Controls are in place. Develop, control and ensure robust evaluations of financial strategies and CAPEX. Represent the F&C point of view for the Factory Management Team. 

Requirements :

·         S1 Accountancy

·         Female / Male

·         Minimum GPA 2,75

·         At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·         Open for fresh graduates with having experiences in similar project.

·         Fluent in English (oral and written)

·         Good attitude, initiative, proactive

·         Applicants must be willing to work in Surya Cipta City of Industry, East Karawang, West Java

·         Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

·         Full-Time position(s) available.

5.      FIRST LINE MANAGER (PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR)

Responsibilities :

·         Supervises and controls different steps of processing according to instructions, production planning and standard procedures. Monitors use of manpower, materials and product quality standards. Authorize to release and reject RM and semi-finished products

Requirements :

·         Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electromechanical, Chemical or Electrical/Electronic, Food Technology, or equivalent) 

·         Female/ Male

·         Min GPA 2,75

·         At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·         Fluent in English (oral and written)

·         Understand with Basic Machine Technology, HACCP, NGMP, QMS, NQS, Hygiene and Safety,5 S's, BEST, Idea System, Fire Fighting & PPE (including LOTO & Confined Space), Problem Solving with DMAIC Methodology, English, Personnel Computer, Manufacturing standard (GI 23.010-2) and ISO 9001:2000; ISO 14001; OHSAS 18001; ISO 22000

·         Applicants must be willing to working in shift

·         Applicants must be willing to work in Surya Cipta City of Industry.
