1.      Junior Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

As Junior Electrical Engineer you will take part in our training program to prepare for design engineering position. You will support a senior engineer in designing power generation and electrical distribution system, providing detail technical specification, analyzing tendering process and supporting construction.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate of S1 degree from reputable universities.
• Familiar with design drawing, technical specification, engineering calculation and CAD application.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities

2.      Junior Green Building Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior engineer in design, analysis and calculation related to sustainability matter
• Coordinating the implementation of green building related matter in design phase, construction phase, fitting out and operation phase
• Providing administrative support for Greenship Certification submission

Requirements:

• S1 degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
• Must be able to use AutoCAD.
• Interest in green building concept, sustainability and environmental impact.
• Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
• Fresh graduate with good qualification will be considered.
• Plus points:

- Familiarity with green building practice

- Experience in Energy Modeling Software

- Familiarity with the following concepts: OTTV calculation, stormwater management, albedo, lux, water recycle, rain water harvesting, VOC

- Ability to operate building related software, e.g. Google Sketch, DiaLux, E20 HAP

3.      Junior VAC (Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Engineer

Job Description:

As Junior VAC Engineer you will take part in our training program to prepare for design engineering position. You will support a senior engineer in designing VAC system, providing detail technical specification, analyzing tendering process and supporting construction.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate of S1 degree from reputable universities.
• Familiar with design drawing, technical specification, engineering calculation and CAD application.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities

4.      Junior Plumbing Engineer

Job Description:

As Junior Plumbing Engineer you will take part in our training program to prepare for design engineering position. You will support a senior engineer in designing fire-fighting and plumbing system, including sprinkler, hydrant, clean water, rain water, sewage treatment and recycle water, providing detail technical specification, analyzing tendering process and supporting construction.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate of S1 degree from reputable universities.
• Familiar with design drawing, technical specification, engineering calculation and CAD application.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
