INFORMASI PERUSAHAAN

PT Dharma Satya Nusantara (DSN), which is the forerunner of DSN Group, was established to participate in the development of wood processing industry in Indonesia. We initially producedbarecore wood products from the ocean sengon wood (ParaserianthesFalcataria). Sengon wood is produced from renewable forest plantations popularly cultivated in view of it's ability to grow rapidly, strong, and is lightweight with a cultivation period of between 5-7 years since planting. The produced from the farmers’ forest plantations serve as raw materials for our products thereby directly contributing to the enhancement of the people's economy. Aligned with increased global demand for wood-based products, PT DSN became one of the pioneers to set up a fully integrated factory in Indonesia in 2001. The Company produced blockboard, plywood, engineered doors and engineered floors, all already obtained quality certifications from ISO 9001:2008, CE, FSC-CoC, PEFC/CoC, SLK (SVLK), CARB and JAS.With core business on providing sengon wood products, the Group has successfully fulfilled global demand from the Middle East, Asia, Europe, North America, Japan and Australia.

1.      MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

Tingkat Lulus                         : Minimal S1

Jurusan                                  : Teknik Elektro, Teknik Industri, Teknik Kimia, Teknik Mesin

Persyaratan:

·         Male, single, age not more than 27 years old

·         Bachelor and Master Degree from Engineering (Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/Chemistry) with minimum GPA 3.00.

·         Fresh graduate or professional with less than 3 years experience.

·         Fast learner, proactive, strong logical and analytical thinking.

·         Able to work independently and within a team

·         Highly motivated, top performing individual with has good leadership, communication and innovation.

·         Willing to be placed in Temanggung - Central Java

Successful candidates will be trained in and equipped with leadership as well as various business aspects, and will be assigned in various departments before being placed in a certain position. 2.      LABORATORIUM STAFF

Persyaratan:

·         Male/ Female, with maximum ages 27 years old.

·         Minimum Bachelor degree in  Chemistry (MIPA) minimum GPA: 2.750 (in a scale of 4.00).

·         Understand the chemical and physical process

·         Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, independent worker and take initiative 

·         Possess a hands-on approach, demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure.

·         Wiilling to be placed at Temanggung (Central Java).

3.       IT DEPARTMENT HEAD

Tingkat Lulus                         : Sarjana/S1

Jurusan                                  : Teknik Informatika / Ilmu Komputer

Kategori Posisi                      : IT Support

Persyaratan:

·         Possess a Degree in computer Science or Related discipline form recognized institution of higher learning.

·         The incumbent should have at least 5 – 10 years hands on experiences in IT Operation, IT Support Management and Data Center Management. 

·         Must have some knowledge in IT Risks assessments and IT Security 

·         Management ideally in manufacture. 

·         Experiences in Global/ Regional Network Management and Knowledge in ITIL, ITSM and PMP would be advantageous.

·         Must have strong working knowledge on the Windows Operating  Systems and SQL. Knowledge on the Linux Operating System would be an added advantage.

·         Must have practicable and hands-on working experience on an ERP system. Working knowledge on Oracle Database and Oracle Financial would be an added advantage.

·         Must have a good working knowledge on LAN and WAN. Strong analytical troubleshooting skills will be essential.

·         Must independent and have strong communications, interpersonal, negotiation and planning skills.

·         Wiilling to be placed at Temanggung (Central Java).

4.      ENGINEERING STAFF

·         Minimum Bachelor degree in  Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering minimum GPA: 2.750 (in a scale of 4.00).

·         Freshgraduate or experience.

·         Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, independent worker and take initiative 

·         Possess a hands-on approach, demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure.

·         Wiilling to be placed at Temanggung (Central Java).

5.      Engineering Section Head

Tingkat Lulus                         : Minimal D3

Jurusan                                  : Teknik

Kategori Posisi                      : insinyur / engineer

Persyaratan:

·         Male with maximum ages 37 years old.

·         Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering/  any related field with minimum GPA: 2.750 (in a scale of 4.00).

·         Exellence in Process and Product Design

·         Having experienced in related field at least 5 years.

·         Should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative. Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate good leadership, good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure, highly result - oriented.

·         Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, independent worker and take initiative  

·         Willing to be placed at Temanggung (Central Java).

6.      DRAFTER

Tingkat Lulus                         : Minimal D3

Jurusan                                  : Teknik Sipil, Teknik
