TEACHERS REQUIRED

The SIS Group of School has eight campuses in Indonesia and offers an education system  modeled after the Singapore curriculum. Its goal is to empower learners to achieve their full potential from a world-class, well rounded and innovative educational experience.

The focus of the SIS curriculum, which is tough in English, is to provide the core knowledge and skill to create a culture of learning throughout the lives of our students.  Classes range from Early Childhood to Primary, Sendary and Pre-university levels. Examinations include the Cambridge IGCSE, A level and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.

SIS Group of Schools is currently recruiting teachers for the following subject and levels

Accounting, Business and Economics ( Secondary and Junior College)

Key requirements

1.      Minimum Bachelor degree in teaching field

2.      Relevant teaching certification

3.      Minimum five years teaching experience

4.      Age 27-60 years (for expatriate teachers)

5.      Ability to be flexible and results oriented

6.      Interest in working with students whose first language is not English

7.      Ability to work within a team

Task and responsibilities

1.      Implement SIS Curriculum ranging from planning and instruction, to monitoring and assessment, to development and design

2.      Communicate and collaborate with School and community stakeholders, including students, parents, colleagues and community partners

3.      Manage from class responsibilities and administration

4.      Model and nurture leadership skills, character development and a passion for learning

5.      Oversee student welfare and affairs, including health and safety, discipline, and informal counseling

6.      Lead and support additional activities such as co-curricular classes, academic or administrative committees, field trips and other school events

7.      Support community relations, partnership and school marketing activities
